The leaves are changing. There’s a chill in the air. Our daylight hours are dwindling by the second. All of which can only mean one thing. We’re currently knee-deep in Renaissance Fayre Fall.

Traditionally, it’s been Christian girls who have ruled the autumnal months with an iron fist in their wide-brim hats, thigh-high boots, and chunky knits. But this year, the fashion set have gone in search of something the goes in stark opposition to this mainstream interpretation of harvest season attire. Something a little more archaic. And it seems they’ve found just what they’re looking for in the circa-1400s sartorial charms of chain mail, suits of armor, and gowns befitting Drew Barrymore in Ever After.

The Christian Girl Autumn pic that started it all.
